My Name is Dan. I offer Personal Training in Marton NJ and the local areas. I received my Personal Training Degree from the National Personal Training Institute, where I learned techniques in exercise protocols, workout design, nutrition science, and how to deal with special needs and the complications from physical disabilities and chronic disease. I have since acquired an Advanced Certification in Personal Training, Pilates and Mind/Body certificates and special training in functional restoration therapies for spinal cord injuries. I do all possible to stay current in order to achieve the greatest possible results and provide value to all my clients.

My unique approach is designed to provide short term results and long term maintenance. Whether you’re interested in adding muscle, in good shape already, have a lot of weight to lose, just want to lose a few pounds, or are looking for someone to help you make those changes that you have not been able to achieve on your own.

I’ve trained everyone from athletes to couch potatoes. I’m great with beginners, seniors, teens, stay at home moms, and busy business executives. I’ll make sure you get the most effective workout in the shortest possible time so that you can get back to your busy schedule.

When you train with me you will get a great workout and have fun! My warm and friendly manner will put you at ease as I gently guide you through your workout routine, or kick your butt if that’s what you need! I have the training, experience, and techniques required to get you to your fitness and weight loss goal in the privacy of your own home. My workouts are complete, compact, and effective.

I offer the following services: General Conditioning and Weight Loss Programs, Toning-Pilates-Body Sculpting, Strength and Resistance Training, Sports Specific Training, Continued Rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation, and Sound Science-based Nutritional Advice.
