My name is Jon.  I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in Long Beach Island NJ. I offer In Home Personal Training in the local areas in NJ. My training philosophy is simple.  Exercise regularly, eat natural-whole foods and get plenty of rest, water and sleep.  However, there is a whole industry that has made millions telling us a different story by selling us fad diets, magic weight loss pills and fitness gimmicks.

It is my job as a fitness professional to help inform and educate my clients about productive exercise, proper nutrition and how to lead a healthy lifestyle.  I empower my clients with the knowledge and tools to succeed.  I develop customized, results driven programs that focus on quality, form and function.  Routines are goal/lifestyle oriented, challenging, innovative, fun, and most importantly safe and effective! 

My training style incorporates a combination of strength training using bodyweight, resistance bands, stability/medicine balls, free weights and machines as well as utilizing some basic principles of Pilates.

Whether a client has access to a full gym or has no equipment at all, my programs incorporate all components of fitness.
